Shipping & Exchanges

All items will be shipped via Canada Post.

For smaller items like Riot Pads, please allow an average of 3-9 business days for delivery, depending on your location.  We ship out of Surrey, BC Canada, so the closer you are to us, the quicker the shipping will be. 

On larger items, where shipping is upwards of $10, we usually ship via XpressPost (Canada Post) which will offer up to 3 day delivery in Canada.  

If you would like to guarantee your delivery date, please send us an email at [email protected] to make arrangements to upgrade the shipping cost.  We can offer quicker shipping, guaranteed with a tracking number at the purchaser's expense. 

All orders placed after 1pm on weekdays will be sent out the next business day.  All orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped out the next business day.  

At this time, we are unable to offer refunds on products.  If there is a problem with any of your merchandise, we will gladly exchange it for the same item or something of equal value.  If your just decide you don't want it anymore, the shipping will be at the buyer's expense.
